We’ll explore the power of the handshake, the importance of eye contact, and the art of small talk — three simple skills that can make a big difference when meeting potential clients, referral partners, and new connections. Come ready to participate, practice, and have a little fun while sharpening your networking skills.

Sharon is a Certified Etiquette Trainer, author of six books, and MBA with a passion for helping people make positive first impressions and build lasting professional relationships. Her work at American Etiquette by Sharon Hill International focuses on business etiquette, communication, and creating welcoming, inclusive workplaces where everyone has a place at the table. Sharon is also the author of 6 books, including how to play Texas Hold’em Poker! She is happily married to her soulmate, Elmer Hill.

In observance of Labor Day, Alamance Leads will not meet on Monday, Sept 7. As we take a day to pause and recharge, we also celebrate the hardworking people, like those of us in this group, who make our businesses, communities, and economy stronger every day.
