BASIC CLEANING PACKAGE
KITCHEN:
•Countertops wiped down and disinfected (everything moved away from back of counters).
•Inside microwave oven and outside all appliance (even the hoods on stovetops).
•Clean sinks and fixtures.
•Empty or load dishwasher (only if they want it done).
•Vacuuming floors well and mop floors once with H2O, second with Soap/H2O.
•Empty trash (replace with trash b
ag), and clean outside only.
•Clean windows above sinks.
•Wipe down all moldings, baseboards, and door facings/top of doors and light fixtures and switch plates.
•Wipe down cabinet fronts.
•Wipe down kitchen tables, chairs, vacuum cushions and other items in kitchen area.
•Everything in kitchen should be shined with glass cleaner including glass doors, after disinfecting.
•Dust blinds, tops of cabinet area, window ceils, windows (If they are dirty, we use a wet cloth. BATHROOMS:
•Countertops, inside sink area (around drain and around faucets cleaned well toothbrush can be used).
•Mirrors, faucets, towel racks, light plates, toilet paper dispensers, light bulbs glass cleaned and wiped.
•Windows, window ceils, blinds, shelves, baseboards, moldings, cabinets, etc. wiped well.
•Toilets cleaned (bottom parts, seat parts, inside bowl and rims).
•Tubs (jets use a toothbrush, drain area cleaned), faucets shined, any items on tub need to be wiped off.
>Showers cleaned entirely (soap dishes/caddies, bottles wiped), glass doors cleaned and shined, shower heads wiped out, top ledges and tracks in showers included.
•Vacuum floors really well, all bathroom floors should be mopped by hand unless very big. THROUGHOUT ENTIRE HOME:
•Dust and polish all furniture entirely (everything possible needs to be moved and dusted under).
•Clean all glass top tables.
•Dust televisions, stereo equipment, computers, exercising equip. (We use a Swiffer cloth).
•Blinds, window ceils, windows, baseboards, moldings, door facing, step wood parts and railings.
•Empty trashcans and bags replaced in them
•Vacuum cobwebs (corners).
•Vacuum carpets/ around baseboards (always vacuum out of a room) and vacuum floor areas.
•Clean front and back glass doors.
•Mop all wood floors with Soap and hardwood cleaner/ Reg. floors with soap/H2O only.
•Sweep front and back porches always (if raining do not have to do them), big decks are not included.
•Lamp shades, dog beds, comforters on beds, under beds and furniture (use floor attachment piece), couches, chairs vacuum every time and leather furniture wiped with damp cloth, pillow neatly replaced.
*ALL RUGS VACUUMED/PUT BACK DOWN AFTER FLOORS ARE DRY
