WHY DOES MY CARPET STILL LOOK DIRTY IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS ?

Most carpets sold today are polyester or polypropylene and have very short lifespans in high traffic areas. Wear pattens appearing in 2-3 years is not uncommon.
The first picture is a polyester carpet that was just cleaned. The dark area is not soil but wear. The fibers are damaged from foot traffic and no longer reflect light thus causing the dark area.
Picture 2 is a close up of the worn area and picture 3 is the same carpet in an area with no wear.

What is very low moisture carpet cleaning?

1) first it starts with a very thorough vacuuming of the carpet

2)  then a proprietary cleaning solution is sprayed on to the carpet

3) this is then followed by a rotary floor machine with a heavy cotton pad that is used to agitate and extract the soil and moisture from the carpet

4) finally the carpet is groomed using a carpet rake  and will be dry in 1 to 3 hours@
