We see this all too often.

A homeowner hires the lowest-priced contractor to encapsulate their crawlspace, only to discover later that existing mold was never properly addressed.

Once the crawlspace is encapsulated, mold remediation becomes more difficult, more invasive, and often more expensive. In many cases, portions of the v***r barrier must be removed, repaired, or replaced to properly access and treat affected areas.

That's why we recommend addressing mold issues before encapsulation whenever possible. A properly remediated crawlspace combined with a professionally installed encapsulation system provides the best long-term protection for your home.

When considering a purchase—whether a product or service—you’ll always have options. The same is true when choosing a crawlspace encapsulation provider.
