I walked in and found a note waiting for me with directions to put on a little “show” with her characters…

Obviously, I did as I was told 💖

Fun fact:
One of my first jobs was at Bed Bath & Beyond (circa 90s to 00s 😂) … remember the towel room with towels folded from floor to ceiling?!
Yeah well… someone had to fold all those, ya know 🤷‍♀️
And yes, they sent me to towel-folding school 🧺
There was an old lady with a yardstick who would literally smack your hand if the towel wasn’t folded perfectly.
Fast forward to today and towels are my absolute favorite thing to fold.
No one in my house is allowed to touch them for fear they won’t do it right 😂

One of the questions I get asked most as a house cleaner is:
“Is my house clean?”

Meanwhile… I’m spending my snow day cleaning out my master closet, washing all the bedding, taking down every curtain to wash and rehang, washing windows and washing area rugs.

my house is stupid clean because I don’t know how to relax 🤣

🔥 1️⃣ Do you judge dirty houses?

Nope. I judge clean houses 🤣🤣🤣
Honestly, the dirtier the better.
My heart skips a beat 😅

🤮 2️⃣ What grosses you out the most about cleaning?

I’ll clean just about anything.
I don’t care if you haven’t cleaned your toilet in 10 years.

But hair in the shower drain?
Absolutely not.
It’s touching me. Get it off.
Full-blown panic.
I don’t know how hairdressers do it.

😅 3️⃣ What items would you NEVER have in your own house?

Oh lord… where do I even begin:

• White kitchen cabinets — hard no
• Stainless steel appliances — never
• Glass shower doors — DAILY maintenance. Nope
• White grout anywhere — nope
• Pebble rock or natural stone shower floors — just no
• Gas stoves — take forever to clean
• LG ovens with the blue interior — impossible to clean

Give me easy-to-maintain every time.

👀 4️⃣ What’s the number one thing potential clients always say to you?

“My house is clean.”

And I always think… no ma’am 😅
Your house is tidy — and there is a big difference between tidy and clean.

🧽 5️⃣ What’s your favorite room to clean?

Bathrooms and kitchens alllllll day.
Give me soap scum, grease, and grime — that’s my love language.

🧸 6️⃣ What’s your least favorite room to clean and why?

Kids’ rooms.
Too many toys, too much stuff in small spaces.
And as kids get older, it starts to feel like an invasion of privacy — they didn’t ask for a house cleaner, so I try to respect their space.

🧠 7️⃣ What profession do most of your clients work in?

It’s a toss-up between:
🚓 Law enforcement
🐾 Veterinary services
📄 Insurance

💤 8️⃣ How long have you been cleaning?

I’ve been cleaning for 20 years and going on 7 years in business.
So yes… I definitely have OCD.
Obsessive Cleaning Disorder. 😉

Not all “dirty” glass is created equal.

Heavy hard water buildup like this doesn’t come off with a spray and wipe. These shower doors required over four hours of restorative work — including hand razor-blading — to safely remove years of mineral buildup and restore clarity.
This is restorative cleaning.
This is my specialty.

When you get sent to a house that "has already been cleaned" and they just want a quick once over. Yeah ok 🤣🤣
-mold remediation
-stainless steel refinishing
-grout cleaning
-wall washing
-detail alllllll windows & doors
-hard water build up removal
-etc etc etc 🤣🤣
NOW the house has been cleaned 🙌 👌 👏
