Anyone can buy a mop and a bottle of cleaner. Not everyone can deliver true luxury-level cleaning.

There’s a major difference between someone picking up “side cash” with a vacuum in the trunk of their car… and a company that has spent years building a reputation through hard work, education, consistency, and results.

My business was not built overnight.

I would like to take a moment to share a bit of transparency about how my business operates and what my day-to-day responsibilities look like.

As the sole owner and operator, I am not only managing the business side of things, but I am also in the field actively cleaning homes for 50+ hours each week. In addition to that, I personally handle all scheduling, bookings, client communication, and administrative responsibilities. At this time, I do not have office support, so every aspect of the business is handled directly by me.

I am incredibly grateful to currently maintain a loyal client base of 35 recurring maintenance clients, many of whom have been with me since the very beginning. Providing consistent, high-quality service to each of them is something I take great pride in, and it requires a significant level of time, attention, and commitment.

Outside of my business, I am also a dedicated mother of four very active children who participate in multiple sports and activities. My time after work is fully devoted to supporting them, which is just as important to me as the work I do for my clients.

Because of these combined responsibilities, I kindly ask for patience and understanding when it comes to scheduling and response times. I always do my best to respond as promptly as possible, but there may be times when a delay is unavoidable.

If flexibility and patience are not something you are able to offer, I completely understand—but I may not be the best fit for your needs at this time. My goal is to work with clients who value the level of care, dedication, and personal service I provide, and who understand the realities of a small, independently run business.
