Notice To Our Customers:
This isn’t the post we wanted to make at Christmas time, and we apologize if this seems like airing dirty laundry, but in the end, we felt that protecting the community from fraud was more important.
Over a year ago, one of our long-time employees, Craig Seals, was fired for cause. While this decision was critically necessary to protect our customers, we did our best to keep it private for the sake of professionalism. We also spent months cleaning up the mess he left behind and working to restore trust with the customers he mistreated.
Since that time -and even as recently as this week- we continue to receive messages from our own customers reporting that Craig is still doing work in the community and misrepresenting himself and his relationship to Cobb Plumbing.
As of October of 2023, Craig Seals has NO connection to Cobb Plumbing. If you have been in contact with him and he has represented himself as “Cobb Plumbing”, please contact us so that we can add it to our case documentation.
Also please be aware that without being properly licensed, someone cannot maintain liability insurance, which means that if their work fails and causes any damage, you will have little to no financial recourse. If he represents himself as a licensed plumber, please contact the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Most importantly, If he has stolen from you (either physical items, or money for services that were never rendered) please contact your local police department.
