HCPP Remodel

After learning of a water leak in the pool, a broken autofill, cracks and discolored plaster, the team at Hill Country pool and patio gave this pool in New Braunfels the TLC it needed to be ready for summer in under 2 weeks.
Cold and wet weather altered an earlier completion time but our focus is on the current job to be done in a timely and professional manner.

We get to take our time on this project as we stay on pace with the home being built.
July 1 start date to August 28th Gunite date.

This 40’x20’ foot pool with an 8 foot wide Spa will be host to many family and friends gatherings for years to come.

We only take on a handful of projects a year to maintain constant site supervision and quality of work.

This is what we do!!!

Signed this families contract on Wednesday March 16th that very day we started excavation. Today its fully excavated, formed up and rebar is placed. And this pool is between Comfort and Fredericksburg!

We have a gunite date of April 5th. This pool will be complete by the end of April. Thats 45 days plus or minus start to finish.

Two man father and son team no sales staff, no office staff, buck stops here! Now with 2 years pool building experience and 35 years of high level commercial construction experience!

This is what we do! We start construction and stay on your job until its finished!

George family in Spring Branch saw our add and responded. Site visit quick negotiations and final pricing.

Contract signed on December 15th.

Excavation started 7 days later on December 22.

Gunite placed January 19th.

Plaster, water fill up & equipment start up scheduled for March 9th.

84 days start to finish.

Since our last post mid summer we've been busy! Our 2021 average time from excavation to fill up is 91 days! Remember were a 2 man father and son team no sales team no office staff just two hard working fellas. We only take on contracts we can execute and finish. Once we start your pool we stay on your pool until its finished!

When we sign a contract we will give you an excavation date and a gunite date within 48 hours of signing. We normally know excavation date before we sign. We do not sign contracts or bulk up pool builds months in advance.

We're a small but very responsive pool builder. If you're truly interested please give us a call. We'd like two new pools to start this year to close out 2021. Swim by Spring Break!
