What does a complete overhaul on an instrument entail?

Completely disassemble instrument, ultrasonic the body,remove any dents from body, hand polish body and keys, replace all pads and necessary key corks and bumpers, re-assemble instrument and adjust for good play condition, replace joint corks, clean interior and exterior of case.
