Happy 4-Year Work Anniversary to our amazing Team Lead, Alyssa. 💜

It’s hard to put into words just how much these last four years have meant—not just for our business, but for me personally.
Alyssa has been by my side through so much. She’s helped train new team members, led crews, conducted estimates, handled deep cleans, performed quality control checks, kept the office running, communicated with clients, stepped in wherever she was needed, and has always been someone I could count on. No matter what challenge came our way, I knew I didn’t have to face it alone.

Beyond everything she does for our team, Alyssa truly cares about the people she cleans for. She takes so much pride in her work, never cuts corners, and always goes the extra mile to make sure every client feels taken care of.
This year, she’ll be transitioning into more of an office and quality control role, while still helping with deep cleans and taking care of some of her regular clients. I couldn’t be more excited to watch her continue to grow alongside our company and I think she will truly succeed in this new role!

People often see the finished product, but they don’t always see the people behind the scenes who help make it possible. Alyssa has been one of those people from the very beginning. Her loyalty, heart, and willingness to do whatever needs to be done have helped build Maid U Smile into what it is today.

Alyssa, thank you for believing in this company, believing in me, and giving so much of yourself over the last four years to everyone around you. I truly don’t know where we’d be without you, and I hope you know how appreciated and loved you are by all of us. 💜

It’s been a while, but I really like this one.

Growth can be uncomfortable because it often means letting go of the version of yourself that did whatever it had to do just to survive.

The things that once protected you may not be what helps you move forward—and that’s okay. You’re allowed to change. You’re allowed to heal. You’re allowed to become someone who isn’t just getting through the day, but actually enjoying it.

Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, but every step forward counts. 💜
