Wanted to tell everyone to have a good upcoming week! Here’s a bit about my business in case you were curious, wondering, had questions, or just follow me !
Where do we service?
Mainly- Amherst (where I currently reside), Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Depew, Lancaster, Orchard park, West Seneca, Hamburg, and Williamsville.
Outside of these areas I do typically charge a travel fee.
How much do we cost?
Well our prices cover not only my time, my employees time, gas, supplies, taxes, sales tax, business overhead costs, regular payroll fees, insurance, etc. You name it we as a business pay for it. So keep that in mind when receiving your estimate !
Minimum deep clean starting fee: 500$
Minimum monthly base cleaning: 150$
Minimum biweekly base cleaning: 135$
My deep cleans range between 250$(smaller areas ex. One bathroom, one kitchen)
And mainly start at 500$ for any type of initial cleaning with KJM.
Most of our deep cleans have taken 4-5 hours and this is relatively cost effective when you’re taking into consideration everything we do.
What do we do ?
We always start off with an initial deep cleaning. Then you chose to either schedule a deep clean every few months or you jump into recurring services such as monthly or biweekly.
For your initial deep cleaning:
Kitchen- outside of cabinetry, inside / out microwave, outside of fridge, dishwasher, oven. Top of stove top whether flat or has grates, k***s get removed, stove vents get cleaned, hood, windows windowsills, baseboards, light fixtures, lightswitches, door frames, door jams, doors inside and out, cobwebs, countertops, and backsplash.
Bathroom- toilet inside out/top to bottom. Sink top to bottom, mirror, window/sills, door/frames/ baseboards, tub/ shower tile/ glass doors, etc , dust any shelving etc, light fixtures.
Dusting- wipe down all end tables, night stands, bed frames, coffee tables, chairs, etc. Baseboards, light switches, light fixtures, doors, door jams. Windows , sills, cobwebs, etc.
Vacuum/ mop

There’s probably more that’s included but honestly that’s MOST of what we do. There’s probably a few little things we do throughout the clean I might be forgetting.
We bring all of our own supplies and show up ready to complete the job!
