What a gorgeous day to get to stain this deck and entryway! After doing a thorough power washing, some sanding where paint was peeling on the deck, smoothing down the bench, and applying the stain, this deck was truly a backyard oasis! It was an absolute pleasure to clean and install gutter guards for this home today! Gutter guards like these have a micro mesh that prevents smaller debris like cotton seeds and pine needles from entering the gutters, making future maintenance much simpler! It was a beautiful day to wash a beautiful home! Here are a few before and afters of the home we washed today, top to bottom! This home sits surrounded by quite a few trees that left the home covered in sap, pollen, sticks, cotton, and our lovely wind left a fair layer of dirt across the whole roof. There was a lot of sap on the side of the home as well! Oh, and you probably don't want to miss seeing the gutters in the last couple of photos! Here is a before and after of a job we did yesterday! This particular job was a bit of a doozy because of the melted rubber and plastic, and the oil stains that have been there for a few years. While we weren't able to get the oil stain completely removed, the rest of the pad cleaned up beautifully! Thanks to this customer being especially awesome, we will be using this oil stain to test out methods and products until we find the most effective solution to use on future jobs!
