Y'all want to see something really beautiful? Check out the pictures of our bathroom remodel on our house (CURRENTLY UNDER CONTRACT-WOOHOO).
⭐️Plumbing and fixtures were installed by none other than THE MATT BENNETT!⭐️
Second to last picture was the original bathroom. The last picture was my inspiration. The shower has a Thermostatic shower valve, which allows you to pre-set the water temperature, an additional diverter valve to control the rain shower head and the regular shower head. Jetted tub, toe tap drain, all matte black fixtures! Even the p-trap under the sink and toilet stop are matte black. I (Nichole) demoed most of the bathroom myself. Matt moved every drain, installed every plumbing fixture, installed all new pex water lines for the entire house AND a tankless Rinnai water heater! Gotta give a shout out to Daniel Britton for the phenomenal tile work, Countertop Solutions in Cataula for the quartz ledges and countertops, Leatherwood Cabinets in Cataula, Marty Nevels for electric, Ferguson for the tub and fixtures, and Acme for the beautiful selection of tile they had!

That black pencil tile below the bull-nose subway is actually not tile at all! It's metal and probably 1/8 of the price of actual pencil tile.
