We hear it all the time...
"I assumed you'd be expensive because you're a company."
The truth is...
Yes, Heaven Scent House Cleaners LLC is a company.
Yes, we have insurance, licensing, payroll, supplies, and all the behind-the-scenes expenses that come with running a professional business.
But that doesn't mean we're out of touch or unaffordable.
Our mission has always been the same: to provide exceptional cleaning services at fair, honest prices while treating every client like family.
We'd love to share how Heaven Scent came to be.
My name is Jessica, and my best friend Alex and I have known each other for years. We grew up together, graduated from Council Rock, and even went through MBIT cosmetology school together as part of the Class of 2019.
Life took us in different directions after graduation. While I pursued one path, Alex discovered something she genuinely loved—cleaning homes and helping people. The only problem? She loved the work, but she didn't love working for someone else.
One day, while she was venting about her job, I asked, "Why don't you start your own business?"
Her response was simple:
"I don't want the headache. I just want to clean."
So I smiled and said, "Then I'll build the business... and you just do what you love."
She looked at me like I had lost my mind.
I told her, "Give me one month. Let me come up with a plan, build a brand, and make this official. You'll have the freedom of working for yourself, and I'll handle everything behind the scenes."
She trusted me.
On July 7, 2023, Heaven Scent House Cleaners officially became a reality.
Honestly, I never imagined we'd grow beyond the two of us.
The goal wasn't to become a big company—it was simply to create something legitimate that protected both us and our clients while allowing Alex to do what she loved.
Then something amazing happened.
Our community believed in us.
Through countless hours of marketing, hard work, and word-of-mouth referrals, Heaven Scent continued to grow.
Eventually Alex came to me and said, "I think we need help."
So we hired our first team member.
Then another.
And another.
Today, we're incredibly blessed to have a team of five amazing women who genuinely love what they do.
They don't just clean homes.
They build relationships.
They celebrate life milestones with clients, comfort people during difficult seasons, laugh with families, spoil pets with attention, and help make homes feel peaceful again.
Over the last three years, we've realized we're not just cleaning houses.
We're giving busy parents more time with their kids.
Helping seniors stay comfortable in the homes they love.
Taking one more thing off the shoulders of someone who's overwhelmed.
Creating jobs for wonderful people who deserve to love where they work.
That's become our purpose.
So yes...
We're a company.
But we're still the same two Council Rock graduates who simply wanted to help people.
We're still locally owned.
We're still passionate about what we do.
We still believe everyone deserves a clean home.
And we'll continue doing everything we can to keep our services fairly priced and accessible because we believe a clean, peaceful home shouldn't be a luxury.
