$15/hr during training
$20/hr base pay + commission + tips
Our techs average $30+/hr
Full-time position

Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Comfortable working on roofs. Strong work ethic. Experience referred, but we'll train the right person.

Location: Bryan / College Station, TX

Brazos Pro Wash is looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our growing exterior cleaning business.

Must-Have Requirements (applicants must meet ALL of these)
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Able to drive and back up a truck & trailer confidently
✅ Comfortable working on ladders when needed
✅ Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in the Texas heat
✅ Flexible schedule (early mornings / occasional late nights)

Pay & Growth
💵 $20/hr starting wage with room to grow
💵 Commission on all sales & upsells + tip share percentage
💵 The average technician earning $20/hr has averaged $30+/hr total over the past year with commissions & tips
💵 $15/hr training period for the first 2 weeks

Schedule
⏰ Full-time commitment (hours vary) This is a demanding role that requires consistent availability even if weekly hours fluctuate.
