We are seeking a dedicated candidate that is interested in a career as a Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong moral code, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Andy's Pest Troopers adheres to the ICARE Values of Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect and Exceptional Service. This position requires a proactive approach to pest management and a commitment to providing safe and effective solutions for our clients.

MUST HAVE A CLEAR DRIVING RECORD, CRIMINAL HISTORY, and DRUG SCREEN

Position includes on the job training in addition to classroom training to meet the Structural Pest Control Board licensing requirements.
Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely in various environments.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients.
A willingness to learn about pest control techniques and sales strategies to enhance service offerings.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
