Freezing temperatures will be here soon, so please watch for ICE on the ground in the self-service bays. There’s no amount of ice melt that will melt it when the water is being used frequently. So please be careful & watch for ICE! Even though you can’t always see it, if it’s below 30 degrees assume there’s ice in a recently used self-service bay.
As always if you ever have a problem with my equipment or see someone doing something they shouldn’t be doing with my equipment, please call my cell phone at (270) 597-7314. I answer it every single time it rings, even though there are times someone calls & says they’re calling again & I never saw a first call from them. So, with that being said I know that technology doesn’t always work like it should, but if I get a message from you I will return your call, because without your help, I’m in this alone! I’m only one woman, but with your eyes & ears, I feel like I have a team watching my back sometimes! I might not see an issue that you had because It would be expensive & stupid to use every chemical in each bay everyday just to test it. I do preventative maintenance, but I count on my wonderful customers to tell me when something goes wrong for you here. Y’all are truly what matters to me. I have an actual friendship some great ones, with a lot of my customers & that means the world to me!
If you see something I can improve upon, please tell me. I’m open to suggestions but don’t be mad if I don’t take you’re suggestion & run with it, even if it’s amazing! I may not be able or willing to for reasons out of my control. I may not be able to bring in or try all of the new products or ideas but welcome them all! I like to have happy customers! I can’t make a repair that I’m unaware of. So if you have a bad experience, I assure you, that if I’d known something was wrong I’d have fixed it or closed that bay down. You’ll never lose your money in one of my machines, UNLESS, you just don’t bring it to my attention so I can make it right with you. I’m in the business of washing cars & storing stuff not cheating the people in my town that I love so much! So please just call me & I’ll make it right with you in someway a free wash or a refund, wherever works best for you.

Storage units are all full currently, but a sale is on the horizon. I’ll have a definite date soon & will post that as soon as I’ve picked it out & then frequently leading up to the sale date.
