WE ARE NOW HIRING FOR 1 TEAM LEADER and 1 team member~
MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND YOU DO GET PAID FOR DRIVE TIME. (If you are a team leader, team members don't drive)
We are currently looking to add more to our team of house cleaners. Experience is not necessary.
The job is about 20-35 hrs a week. The days change EVERY week so please keep in mind we will not hire in anyone that has certain weekdays they can not work or certain times they have to start or end by. We work days only approximately 8am to anywhere between noon and 5pm, ( no weekends, no nights, no major holidays)
The positions require very hard work and we clean professionally, not just a maid service. With that being said we clean in extreme detail and our clients will not settle for less.
The job requires some driving (not often) so do not respond if you do not have a reliable transportation.
The majority of the homes are in the Downriver community so please do NOT respond if your address is more then 20 minutes from the company (Gibralter Michigan)
The job starts at a Starting rate of $10.00 ($2.00 hr pay increase for team leader) after 60 days of promptness (no call ins or being late) pay will increase to $10.50 then another pay increase to $11.00 for an additional 90 days without a call in or without being late. (we understand being a few minutes late on very rare occasions trains, kids, etc...)
We do a background check on EVERY candidate always.
