Terrazzo floor restoration in Pennsauken New Jersey 08102. Floor is about 40 years old and never properly maintained. Heavily soiled with lots of coats of wax and sealers. Sanding and polishing of white marble kitchen counter tops in Avalon New Jersey 08202. The tops had dull spots due to some kind of drink containing acid, such a soda, juice or even wine. These kind of drinks if left on the top will cause ring marks/etch marks. Marble although a hard stone if it falls on your foot has a very soft surface and will dull the stone when something acidic is left on it. Mt recommendation is if you are choosing marble for your kitchen be prepared to have regular maintenance do to them. Sanding and re-polishing will be needed.

Refinishing of a multi material marble floor. Floor was about 20 years old, badly etched and scratched. The floor was initially installed at a polished finish. Due to the couple now being in their late seventies the polished marble was becoming a little to slippery for them. We suggested to refinish the floor removing 99% of the scratches and etch marks, cleaning all the grout lines and leaving the floor at a high hone/matt finish so it wouldn't be as slippery as it was before at a polished finish. They loved the idea and now they have a beautiful marble floor and they have no fear of slipping.

This weeks job was sanding, honing and sealing of White Carrera marble kitchen countertops at York Square Condominiums 319 Vine St, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
These tops were badly etched and scratched due to a lot of use by the previous homeowners. We sanded them with our unique diamond abrasive system to remove the bad etch marks and scratches then used our special blend of honing powders to give the tops the beautiful even honed appearance you see in the pictures. Even though Marble shouldn't be used in a kitchen because it is a soft stone and etches very easily. I must say that once completed they do look beautiful.

Before and after pictures of a flagstone floor restoration in Media Pennsylvania 19066
There were years of topical coatings put on the floor which had to be stripped off. Then the floor was intensively cleaned, we also had to use a light acid cleaner to get some of the heavy soiling out of the grout lines and off the stone

Travertine/Limestone floor we refinished at the Icona Golden Inn Avalon New Jersey. Total of 3000 square feet (pictured is just a small section) We sanded out the deep gouging made by the carless contractors on the jobsite we then sanded the floor to a high hone finish and applied a penatraiting sealer to help with soiling of the stone in the future
