Today we completed a 7-room deep clean that was so thoughtfully arranged by her granddaughter 💛

From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Grandma greeted us with the biggest smile — welcoming us in and telling us how beautiful we were 🥹

And the second we stepped inside… it truly felt like home.

The kind of home filled with warmth, love, and years of memories. The kind of home that instantly makes you feel safe — like you’ve been there before, even if you haven’t.

She proudly walked us through each room, sharing pieces of her home and her story. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone more proud of their home and their family… and rightfully so 🤍

And of course… we can’t forget Nash 🐾
Her adorable little corgi who made sure to keep us company — seriously the cutest little thing and just added even more love to an already beautiful home 🥹

It has come to my attention that some clients, as well as friends and family, have been reaching out directly to my staff to request cleaning services outside of Birch Cleaning Services LLC.

I want to make this very clear:

All employees of Birch Cleaning Services LLC are payroll employees, not independent contractors. They do not carry their own insurance, and they are not responsible for handling taxes on services provided—I am.

When services are booked through my business, you are protected by proper insurance, structure, and professionalism. Going around the business removes those protections and directly undermines everything I have worked hard to build.

Moving forward, any client found attempting to hire my employees privately will have their services terminated immediately.

I take a lot of pride in my business and the services we provide. I have worked extremely hard to build this company, and I will not tolerate this level of disrespect.
