I specialize in thorough Deep cleaning which most of us especially in NYC can overlook, which in some of the boroughs or streets we live on with the windows open and constants street congestion can make our beautiful homes very dusty and dirty! Even on a regular street our old apartments and buildings especially can use a hand in maintaining. From old fashioned houses that we love dearly but could
use a better update that most landlords won’t redo or some poorly cover up especially in tiled bathrooms especially caulking & grout around shower or we simply don’t have time or enough care to correctly clean but if you know what I’m talking about about then you could most likely use someone like me ! So from living on the 5th floor walk up on Prince Street in Soho with old buildings letting out some high old s hood radiator heat with windows open to get some air in that stuffy apartment with dust upon dust growing on window moldings or just high on walls with the ability to wipe your walls to get a chalky dust on your fingers to living on ShoreRoad over looking the Verrazano with the whitening in your bathroom dingy and grimy bathrooms with some TLC & hard scrubbing to get that mildew mold off the improperly or just not enough time to properly attend to or simply don’t know how to clean without buying everything to clean it with & still have no idea! Well I’m here to easy all your worries from deep dusting ,high dusting actually or all around dusting from ceiling fans to baseboards or for those bathrooms that are almost as old as the city we live rent & buy our homes in to have some help you get that black off in between the tiles that was once white or a pale gray but over time lack of attention or unprofessional care before you moved like things like replacing the re caulking around your tub or sink I can simply fix but that isn’t until the room has been properly cleaned prior to any kinda work in bathroom or else the same issue will occur because like before you moved in or even lived in & they fixed the problem instead of properly cleaning the bathroom in between moves the buildings management just re caulked over mold & mildew that has now come through but nothing can remove that only hide it with a marker pen for the issue. So my specialty is deep cleaning & minor repairs which if you need both I’m happy to do a consultation but please remember I’m only in NYC area mostly Brooklyn, NYC , Staten Island & sometimes Queens on weekends if known ahead of time for a Duo cleaning I maybe able to go further than usual but rates start at $100 which includes 2 cleaners myself & a helper who is someone qualified but is working as a helper that is only on specified jobs & travel is included unless Bridges, tolls & gas are not included for those clients because cost of travel is ridiculous it will be estimated and added on to estimate cost this is non negotiable. A deep cleaning is required on any cleaning I take on especially in bathroom & kitchens this includes my new clients for maintenance which can be weekly, biweekly or monthly which rates will be determined after at least 3/4 cleanings to get to know your requirements and need for regular maintenance cleaning or lengthy of time needed to keep up to pristine standards that I like to keep for you after working hard in this city & enjoying the time we get to live , love & laugh with our friends & family the last thing after a long hardworking week is to scrub or apartments or houses especially that most of us are off one day we truly get to relax. So I handle the brutal deep cleaning which in some cases can be very time consuming especially if we are living in our homes more than a year without prior cleaning & just daily messes never really taken care of my job is to come in empty out rooms like bathrooms of toiletries from tubs, showed & sinks. Objects like trash cans, plungers & my least favorite toilet brush to removable cabinets of size and lb reason on first cleaning everything from shower liners , curtains, towels & bath mats are removed & if salvageable then rehung but anything with mold will need replacement from you I will not rehang a liner with mold or mildew if needed I can get you a new one from a tj maxx or marshals for $10 that’s averages a Amazon $25 or more at anytime if specific sized then will help find you one cheaper than online prices but please note that when regarding bathrooms. Your bathroom is then sprayed with cleaners to pe*****te & start to sanitize & clean prior to my handy work then I will go in using all supplies I see necessary to help removes stains and to properly clean most used surfaces of buildup and gunk. Then I will fully steam the room from ceilings to floor every square foot! Then everything is polished dry including walls, tubs/showers & floors. Then your bathroom is completely placed back together if you need a hand in a simple redesign or just want a nice grown up bathroom I can definitely assist in that. Those cost are not included in any of my fees but can tell you or take you to stores to pick up things at a great price if looking for specific items I have no control on colors or designs available. Then the kitchen is next everything like trash if out in open is moved to different room with anything else that is on floor cat or dog items etc then counters tops are cleared and surfaces and outside surfaces are cleaned note that outside surfaces so inside cabinets will be considered an extra especially any organizing or complete reorganization that is a separate fee and job I will make an exception for certain things that’s are discussed on consult. All counters and back splashes are cleaned and scrub of dirt grime & grease. If your cabinets are beyond scrubbing and I think any prolonged cleaning or scrubbing can ruin them I will tell you immediately! I can fix most cleaning headaches but even some are beyond my very capable hands and knowledge and are due to be stripped ultimately which I do not do of yet. A average bathroom on first time cleaning can take a few hours or more so go but how � now I ask you you empty your entire bathroom & just place everything out of the room in a organized fashion ok now wipe it and place it bank in the room I mean everything ok that took you how long ? Now imagine a stranger doing it and then cleaning every inch of that room in a ok bathroom can take 1 hour to hour & half in a mess of a room 3-4hours depending on size as well. Now for a one bedroom apartment just deep cleaning the bathroom & kitchen and then dusting polishing surfaces in other rooms with mopping and deep dusting @ minimum with one cleaner be 8 hrs at minimum with two cleaners 5hrs if it’s a poorly kept home can take 2 cleaners 8-10hrs that is a very drastic case though! So a deep cleaning can be costly but if you tried and can’t make the time or can’t figure out how I can help because the deep cleaning and timely cost is the initial cleaning after that it should take a few hours biweekly at a flat rate to maintain for so much less then initial if you really want it cleaned constantly I do weekly cleaning and those that are hardly home monthly I will let you know which is best considering your lifestyle and size of home.
