One question we receive is: How often should I clean my fridge?

The answer is: You have to deep clean your fridge every 3-4 months.

Deep cleaning your fridge includes putting all your food in a cooler, turning off your fridge, removing and washing the shelves and drawers with soap and water 🧽

If you don't clean your fridge often, there's a high chance that mold and bacteria will build up in it 🤢 and we do not want that ❌
