The last seven months have been a season of growth, reflection, and rebuilding.
We’ve welcomed new team members, implemented new procedures and policies, refined our systems, and challenged ourselves to raise the standard of service we provide every single day. It hasn’t always been perfect. We’ve had bumps in the road, lessons to learn, and moments that pushed us to grow. But growth rarely happens without a little discomfort.
As I look at where we are today compared to where we were seven months ago, I couldn’t be more proud.
What makes Harbor View special isn’t just the cleaning. It’s the people behind it. It’s the teamwork when a day gets challenging. The loyalty when we need each other most. The trust we’ve built. The reliability our clients depend on. And the ability to have fun and laugh together while still taking pride in our work.
To my team: thank you. Thank you for showing up, for caring, for being willing to learn, and for committing yourselves to something bigger than just a paycheck. Your dedication, work ethic, and willingness to grow have helped shape the company we’re becoming.
