We work on Quality, Value, Customer Appreciation and then Price. We can't clean your 1300 sq ft. property for $150 and call the job Quality complete. Whatever your needs are, no matter how big or s

mall the job is, we can get it done in a timely, efficient, professional manner at a competitive price. Working with YMYSPOT, we are able to help reduce the days on the market for each property while allowing you to bring a higher return on your assets. We work with Investors, General contractors, families and real estate professionals. Below you'll find our services and what you can expect from YMYSPOT Cleanup, LLC. GENERAL CLEANING OF property (Entry – kitchen - bathroom - rooms - hallways – basement):

Dust cabinets/shelves
Appliance cleaning
Remove cobwebs (basement rafters)
Use crevice tool in corners when needed
Vacuum carpet
Clean floors
Wipe baseboards, doors and trim
Cleaning accessible light fixtures and ceiling fan
"Accessible" means, if our team is able to reach it using a 6ft. ladder, it will be cleaned. TOTAL CLEANING consists of, in addition to a "general" cleaning:

Washing walls
Windows*
Indoor Patio
Attached garages **(up to 2 car garages) -includes garage window cleaning **Detached garages are considering a specialty cleaning service
*Windows December 1 through April 1, outside windows will not be cleaned. Weather permitting & YMYSPOT's discretion. Per our insurance policy we can not clean outside 2nd story windows unless they are double hung. Factors to consider that consume time...

light fixtures with multiple parts (chandeliers, ceiling fans)
Up & Down (stairs, ladders)
Scrubbing & rinsing residue
No water in an area (distance)
Amount of times water needs to be changed
Cleaning construction dust
Sq ft of trim/ baseboards to be cleaned (solid/painted)
Hand & knee cleaning of floors
Appliances, cabinets (new/used)
Windows & Basements (23 windows cleaned inside & out equals 46 windows cleaned)

2 Part-time Janitorial 2nd shift, 5-10pm Mon, Wed & Fri, No weekends unless it's project work.

Must WANT to work part-time nights
