Fly ash and concrete buildup don’t come off with a basic wash.

This dump truck needed the right process:

Spray Beyond Gen → let it dwell → agitate → rinse → repeat as needed.

Everyone keeps asking for concrete removal ASMR… so here you go.

This is the part people don’t always see.

After our concrete remover breaks down as much buildup as it can, sometimes there are still layers bonded into the paint from sitting too long.

At that point, it becomes slow, controlled abrasion.

Inch by inch.
Layer by layer.
Not fast. Not easy. But satisfying.

Concrete removal isn’t always spray, rinse, done.

Sometimes it takes patience.

Old factory grip tape doesn’t always just peel off.

Sometimes you’ve got to get underneath it and separate that thick adhesive the right way.

Air chisel → remove old grip tape → prep surface → install new grip tape.

Clean, safer, and ready to go back to work.

Concrete removal isn’t always “spray it on and watch it melt off.”

Sometimes it takes time, dwell, agitation, and the right process.

We’re using Beyond Gen to break down the buildup, then agitating it so the concrete separates from the surface and can be rinsed away.

Spray → dwell → agitate → rinse → repeat.
