Someone who has experience cleaning and or leading a small team to accomplish our main goal "Treat our customers like Family!"

Pay: $17-$20/hour + drive time pay & tips paid weekly
Job Description:
Garvin Cleaning LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Experienced Residential Cleaner to join our team.
If you take pride in delivering detailed, high-quality cleaning services and have prior experience working for a residential cleaning company, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including deep cleans, basic cleans, recurring cleans.
Work independently or as part of a small team to meet client expectations.
Follow specific cleaning instructions and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability.
Requirements:
Previous residential cleaning experience with a professional cleaning company.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
Punctual and dependable with excellent time management skills.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Must pass a background check.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, starting at 9 a.m. until scheduled homes each day are completed
