Hi Everyone,
I am seeking two commercial cleaners to offer janitorial services for a fabrication shop. Applicants should be very at ease working independently in a shop setting in Hamburg. The working hours are roughly 12pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with the option to start later in the day if preferred.
💼 Job Title: Part/Full Time Commercial Cleaner
🧹 Job Description: As a Commercial Cleaner at Mi Fresh Start Cleaning, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial spaces are spotless and inviting. Your main duties will include:
Vacuuming and mopping large common area walkways
Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
Cleaning cafeteria including microwaves, tables, and floors
Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Restocking supplies as needed
Handling specialized cleaning tasks as assigned
📋 Requirements: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning (residential or commercial) is preferred, but not mandatory
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent time management skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Great communicator with team and customers
Posses reliable transportation and phone
Able to use collaboration technology such as shared calendars and booking software
