I fell in love with ☯️ Qigong 2 years ago and now enjoy sharing this practice with others and hope to bring this type of Chinese medicine to the Community 🙌🏻
Qigong was created 1,000’s of years ago to promote Longevity and healthy aging by bringing breath and energy flow to the different organs in the body.
I teach the Doaist Medical Qigong that embraces the three treasures … BODY, MIND, BREATH. Which embraces inner energy, balance, harmony, inner peace, mindfulness of breath and much more through movement and dynamic stretches.
This can be a very meditative movement practice and revitalizing to the body and soul.

Come join me each week as we embrace the 5 elements , 8 trigrams, Heavenly Pillars and the 11 Brocades of Qigong along with a fusion of Tai Chi movements.
Each practice will embrace different elements and movements.
