Our client reached out to us regarding low water pressure and difficulty using their irrigation and plumbing fixtures.
We were able to determine that the pump was not making adequate pressure or flow to sustain running water. We dismantled the existing pump and found that electrical tape used to hold the wire to the drop line had come off and gotten wrapped around the pump shaft and was blocking the vanes of the pump impeller. The tape also was lodged in the motor seal and caused a hard spot to develop on the motor. We provided several options to resolve the issue, and ultimately our client opted to have us install a vfd system to ensure adequate flow and pressure for their irrigation and all other plumbing fixtures. Our client called us with a broken water line over the holiday weekend. We arrived within 1 hour of the initial call and had the mark outs completed on the way. We found that the existing steel adapter sheared off at the corp.

Our client called us to report a no water situation at their home. We arrived within one hour of the initial call and diagnosed the issue. We joined forces with one of our colleagues to assist in their diagnosis of a sewer line at a restaurant where there were repeated back ups and the sewer camera wouldn't travel due to grease buildup. We used our jetter to break up the grease and scour the line. The camera could then be run smoothly up the line to determine the cause of the issue.

Our client called us with a broken water service. We called in our utility mark outs the day of the consultation, and again on the morning of the repair. Our client had water restored to their home in under 4 hours from the initial shut off.
