A little business update 🤎

Starting this week, I will no longer be taking cleanings on Tuesdays, and I’m also closing my books to new recurring clients.

This was a very hard decision to make, but I’ve realized that somewhere along the way, the work side of life started taking over a little too much. I love what I do and I’m so thankful for how much Bless This Mess has grown, but I also need time to take care of my own home, my kids, and myself.

My current recurring clients are still my priority, and I’m so thankful for every single one of you who continues to trust me with your homes and businesses. I will still be taking on deep cleans, move in/move out cleans, and commercial cleanings on a case by case basis depending on my availability.

Thank you all for understanding, supporting us, and continuing to recommend Bless This Mess to your friends and family. It truly means more than you know!

This office had been sitting vacant for about 2 years and was definitely in need of some attention! We spent 2 full days getting it cleaned up and ready for its next chapter.

Here are a few of the before & afters! This transformation is definitely one of our favorites that we’ve done.

Did you know we offer commercial cleanings too? Offices, businesses, rentals and more. Message us for a free quote!

Happy National Home Cleaners Day! Just had to share this from one of my favorite cleaning content creators.

Happy National Home Cleaner’s Day!!

We are more than the people who clean the house.

We are the calm that walks in when life has become overwhelming.

We are the fresh sheets after a hard week.
The empty sink after a long day.
The clean floors little feet can play on.
The deep breath someone takes when they finally walk into a home that feels peaceful again.

We give people something they can never make more of:

Time.

We give mothers back an afternoon with their children instead of an afternoon scrubbing bathrooms.

We give exhausted parents permission to sit down.

We give couples one less thing to argue about and one less responsibility to divide.

We give busy professionals a weekend that actually feels like a weekend.

We give people time to rest.
Time to be present.
Time with their families.
And sometimes, simply time for themselves.

And our work goes far beyond cleaning.

Sometimes we're the person an elderly client has been waiting all week to talk to.

Sometimes we're the listening ear for the mom who's having a hard day.

Sometimes we celebrate pregnancies, new homes, marriages and promotions with our clients.

And sometimes we're there quietly cleaning around them during illness, loss, divorce and some of the hardest seasons of their lives.

We watch babies become toddlers.
We watch children grow up.
We are the ones that the dog is waiting for by the door for a belly rub.

And somewhere along the way, we become part of the rhythm of a family's life.

There is so much invisible labor in what a home cleaner does.

Because we're not just cleaning a house.

We're taking something off someone's plate.

We're creating calm where there was chaos.

We're making someone's life a little easier.

We're giving people the freedom to spend their time on the people and things that matter most to them.

And you can't put a price beside the relief someone feels when they open their front door after a long day and realize:

I don't have to do anything. It's already done.

But that is the real impact of what we do.

So today, on National Home Cleaner’s Day, I hope every home cleaner takes a minute to recognize the value of the work you do.

The work may sometimes feel invisible.

But your impact isn't.

Today is your day.

Happy National Home Cleaner’s Day to the people who don't just take care of homes

we take care of the people who live inside them.

I just wanted to post this to give everyone a little snippet of what happens when we leave a clients home!

When we walk out the door after finishing a clean, our work isn’t finished yet. We go home, unload all supplies, wash rags and mop heads, & sanitize all tools and vacuums used that day. This is such an important step that most people don’t think about when they think of professional cleaning services.

It’s so important to us that we are bringing thoroughly cleaned & sanitized equipment to every job! We truly appreciate every client who trusts us with their homes. We always do our best to treat each home we clean like it’s our own!

Call or text to get on our books today.
