We had a customer today that asked us if this was the worst job we have ever done when cleaning tile and grout, obviously not even close but definitely had a lot of heavy tracking and soil in particular around the edges. She tried to clean it herself with a steam mop as well as some heavy cleaning solution and a before picture was the best she was able to get up prior to calling us today. We don’t normally do same-day service, but our customer was very excited when we said we could make it. One of the largest jobs we have ever done ✅ over 30,000 square feet of concrete heavy cleaning and floor tape removal (all removed by hand). We had to remove the residue and clean all of it to get ready for them to move out and put the building back to the it was many years ago. We worked around electrical contractors, painters & construction crews to get it done in 7 days total (and to boot we had several thousand square feet of carpet and Luxury Vinal Tile to clean as well within that time frame!! Commercial tile and grout in both offices industrial Needs routine and regular maintenance. In the pictures you see here this tile and grout was maintained by the janitorial crew they did their very best to get this clean, but after the build up became too much we were called in based on a referral from one of our other customers a property management firm. After treating each area multiple times including hand scrubbing and mechanical scrubbing as well as a heavy rents were able to get the results you seen these pictures. To make it even more interesting were able to use our normal equipment and had to have our equipment loaded onto a pallet and lifted onto the second floor in the middle of a large building. Even the most complex jobs We know how to manage and handle for our customers and clients every day. We always feel we can offer our customers and clients the best solution is when it comes to have the carpet, upholstery as well as tile and grout cleaned. But they’re a rare times when we cannot make the difference they are looking for. Here is a review from Jessica, she was referred to us by one of our current clients and had just purchased a home.
