Did you know that there is a tax credit in the State of MA to repair a failed septic system? If the house is your primary residence you may qualify for a tax credit of 40% of your engineering and installations costs of $1500/year for up to 4 years. The Tritown Treatment plant in Orleans is closing June 1st, possibly sooner. Prices will increase dramatically as all haulers will have to take the sewage to either Yarmouth or get it trucked off-Cape. Selling your house? Get your Title 5 Septic Inspection done before you put it on the market so you can tell prospective buyers that the septic is all set. The report is good for 2 years!

Yes, it is winter on Cape Cod, and yes, it is cold, but we work ALL winter long. There isn't anything we can't acconplish in the winter. Is it easier in the summer? Yes, and much nicer too, but we still power through it and get it done! We do Title 5 Septic Inspections, Septic design plans, drain clearing, repairs, and of course, pumping!
