May 15th - August 15th bats are raising their young in new york state, and cannot be removed, or excluded from any property when there is an active colony or face federal charges. Call D & A Outdoors LLC. For a free over the phone estimate to see what your options are for excluding bats from your home or business. In person inspections are subject to a per hr inspection fee, and inspections can range from 1-3 hours depending on slope of roof, attic access, size of the structure, and obstacles surrounding the structure. We have 100% success rate with excluding, and keeping bats out long term and we take pride in our success rate!. Please give us a call ASAP to get anything scheduled as baby season is peaking, and once baby season is over we will be performing bat proofing jobs from mid august till october with a very busy schedule!.

Today we are in the process of getting an exclusion project done to seal up a customers facia that squirrels and pigeons have took it upon themselves to completely destroy. We had trapped and removed 7 squirrels, and spooked all the pigeons out, and now its time to get this home secure so no more critters can call it home. At D & A Outdoors LLC. We not only humanely trap and remove wildlife, but we also perform any, and all exclusion work and construction work to keep them out for good. We can handle any job big or small, and both residential and commercial buildings.

As spring approaches be mindful that all critters begin to breed, and also come out of their winter slumbers. D & A Outdoors LLC. Specializes in bat removal and bat proofing your homes to keep you and your families safe. We have 100% success rate keeping bats out of homes and we will continue to keep our perfect record. We offer all variations of bat proofing, and we do charge for our inspections to get an estimate for you. Be mindful that these inspections vary from 1-5 hours depending on access, condition of the home, size, and so on. Once the inspection is complete, and the work is approved we knock the inspection cost off the top so its essentially a free inspection!. These jobs need to be completed before the bat breeding period which is may 15th- august 15th and since one of the common species is endangered, extreme caution must be used. With micro destroying the habitat for these bats they are going to come out of hibernation, and seek alternative sites to breed and feed.
