Recently, one of our team members in Raleigh, NC received this feedback from a client:

“The gentleman who has been cleaning our building is wonderful. He is thorough with bathroom cleaning, trash, and vacuuming. He is also friendly and kind. I have heard great feedback about him from several team members.”

It’s always rewarding to see the hard work of our team recognized.

Thank you AJ for your professionalism, attention to detail, and the positive impact you make every day. We’re proud to have you on the St. Moritz team.

It’s Tenant Appreciation Day here at the United Steelworkers building in Downtown Pittsburgh! 🍩

As part of our ongoing commitment to the buildings we serve, the St. Moritz team stopped by with coffee and donuts to show appreciation for the tenants we work alongside every day.

Great service isn’t just about the spaces we clean. It’s about the people who use them.

This week at the BOMA International Conference & Expo in Long Beach, one of the best parts was connecting with the local Building Owners and Managers Association chapters we work alongside throughout the year while and having many of our clients from different markets all in one place.

It’s a rare opportunity to strengthen those relationships face-to-face, exchange ideas, and explore the innovations shaping the future of commercial facilities.

Grateful for the time, conversations, and partnerships that keep pushing our industry forward.

The legacy of Phil St. Moritz continues to make a meaningful impact in a place that meant so much to him.

The Estate of Phil St. Moritz recently donated $100,000 to the Deep Creek Watershed Foundation, supporting the Foundation’s important work to protect and preserve the Deep Creek watershed for generations to come.

Deep Creek was a special place for Phil. He loved boating and spending time on the water -- so much so that, in 2003, he acquired Bill’s Marine Service, strengthening his connection to the lake and the community around it.

The donation was presented by Bill Ball, the executor of Phil's estate, and St. Moritz Group CFO Brian Fiscus.

This generous gift reflects Phil’s deep appreciation for Deep Creek Lake and his lasting commitment to the people and places he cared about most. We are proud to see Phil’s values carried forward in such a meaningful way.

Whitehall, a suburb just outside of Pittsburgh, is where the St. Moritz story began -- and it will always be an important part of Phil St. Moritz’s legacy.

We are proud to share that the Estate of Phil St. Moritz has donated $150,000 to the Whitehall Fire Department in honor of Phil’s lifelong commitment to giving back.

Bill Ball, executor of Phil’s estate, and Brian Fiscus, CFO of the St. Moritz Group of Companies, presented the donation to the department’s leadership. This gift supports the department’s mission to protect life, property, and the community. It also reflects Phil’s deep appreciation for the people and organizations that help make communities stronger, safer, and more connected.

As part of this meaningful donation, the Whitehall Fire Company dedicated The Phil St. Moritz Memorial Meeting Room in his honor. This dedication is a lasting tribute to Phil’s generosity, his belief in service, and his commitment to supporting the places where we live and work.

Phil founded St. Moritz Building Services in Whitehall in 1968, followed by St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. in 1982. More than five decades later, his legacy continues through the companies he built and through the many lives and organizations touched by his generosity.

To the members of the Whitehall Fire Department: thank you for your courage, dedication, and service to the community. We are grateful for all you do and proud to honor Phil’s memory in the place where it all began.

Most people never notice when a facility is maintained correctly and that’s usually the point.

Clean walkways, stocked supplies, safe surfaces, working systems, and consistent upkeep all help create an environment people can focus in, without interruption.

The behind the scenes work matters. Big thanks for our team making it happen every day! 💪
