The customer stated that they needed their septic tank pumped due to having about a foot of sludge in it. However, they mentioned that their might be an issue which I recognized as an unusual circumstance. I responded by saying 'okay, let's proceed' as I anticipated potential complications. The customer informed me that they had no water available for rinsing the tanks, which added complexity to the task. I assured them that I would do my best to complete the job despite the challenges, noting that it might take longer than usual. This situation was unprecedented in my six years of experience, but I was confident that with time and patience, we could overcome the issues.

Now that we have confirmed our septic systems survived Thanksgiving, the real question is whether Christmas will be the day it backs up into the house. Who knows, time will tell, and then it may be too late. If it has been a while since your tanks were pumped, it may be time. Give me a call. As shown in the picture and video, this is an aerobic system, and failure to pump the trash tank could cause your pump tank to resemble this, which is not ideal and can be very hard on your equipment. Don’t wait until it’s too late; give us a call and get your system fixed up for the most important holiday of the year.
