Every spring, homeowners decide it’s finally time for a pool.

By April, the reality sets in: county permit backlogs, delayed engineering reviews, material waitlists, and overworked crews rushing from job to job.

At Southern Living Creations (SLC), we believe a luxury outdoor space should never be a rush job. Starting your planning and build process right now for 2027 changes everything:

• Zero permit panic: We clear municipal approvals, HOA reviews, and site engineering months before ground breaks.
• Unhurried craftsmanship: Proper cure times for shotcrete, precision-laid travertine, and custom masonry done with care.
• Total backyard transformation: Retaining walls, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and landscaping have time to settle and mature.
• Swim-ready on day one: When the first warm weekend of 2027 arrives, you’re floating in clear water—not staring at an active construction trench.

Better planning means better quality work. Our 2027 build queue is now open with limited slots to ensure hands-on, owner-supervised quality on every project.

Sorry no posts for a bit. We hope everyone is having a safe and Blessed weekend! Waiting for these “pool cover lid trays” for the pavers to show up and finally be able to close the “vault” lid of the pool cover! (The Company never shipped them and acted like we didn’t need them smh. Well, then why did they charge me $1700 for just the trays if we didn’t need them…hmmmm..) Long month and God is in control! Looking for a great week this week! We are ALL waiting on the trays to be able to finish the pavers!! Please Jesus, help them find their way in a hurry!!
