We are growing and looking for the right person to join the Don Roofing and Siding team in Branson.
This position is all about people. When a customer calls, you are the first voice they hear and the first impression they get of our company. That matters.
We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Every caller should feel like they called the right place.
What you will be doing: Answering high volume inbound calls, delivering an outstanding customer experience, scheduling appointments and following up with leads, assisting with roofing and siding estimates when needed, and general office tasks between calls.
What we are looking for: Excellent phone and communication skills, friendly and organized, construction or estimating experience strongly preferred, Xactimate experience is a plus, ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
