I am looking for 4 or more houses to clean every week. I have references.

Standard Cleaning:
Basic regular cleaning runs between $125 a week depending on home size.

A standard house cleaning is a routine maintenance service designed to keep your home consistently tidy and sanitary. It focuses on general upkeep and visible, reachable surfaces, typically including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, taking out the trash, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.

A breakdown of the core tasks by area includes:

🛏️ Bedrooms: making beds, sweeping. Mopping or vaccuming.Wiping dressers down.

Livingroom Areas: Wiping down all accessible furniture, shelves, and end tables, dressers.
High-Touch Points: Sweep, Mop floors & vacuum all carpets and rugs. Tidying: Fluff couch pillows. Waste Removal: Empty trash bins.

🍳 Kitchen Countertops & Sinks: Wipe, sanitize, countertops, backsplashes, and the kitchen sink.Appliances: wipe stove, dishwasher, refrigerator & microwave off. Stovetop:

If stove needs a special tlc cleaning $150
If refrigerator needs a special tlc cleaning $150
If deep freezer needs a tlc cleaning, $250

🛁 Bathrooms
Sanitizing: Scrub and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, and Mirrors: Wipe down bathroom counters.Sweep and mop.

Deep Cleaning & Move-Ins: These require more time and labor, $250 to $300+. Depending on what needs to be done and size of house.

The size of your home: requires more time and more cleaning.

Supplies: If I have to buy the supplies, there will be a separate fee.

Clutter: Homes with shedding pets or a high volume of clutter will often cost more.

LAUNDRY: Requires more time,and will be charged $10 to wash and dry. Per load.
CUSTOMER- must provide all LAUNDRY needs.

$15 to fold and put away per load
$15 to hang up per load

$ 5 to iron per clothing.
CUSTOMER must provide all ironing supplies.

WINDOWS - Inside
$15 Per window
OUTSIDE
$15 Per window

Garage clean up

$50 to $150 depends what needs to be done.

Closet clean out - $50 - $150 depends on what to be cleanned out.

I CAN DO ANY CLEANING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, for extra fees.

Ceiling fans, dusting $20 per fan

Washing DOWN FAN $20 per fan

If you need decorating exterior or interior inside your home I charge $75 -$250 an hour. DEPENDING : on what all you need done.

I aswell am also opened to cleaning businesses.

Southern Grace Cleaning Service is locally owned and operated in Brandon, Ms. We do Residential Cleaning,Commercial, you name it we can do it! Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. We also have packages such as basic cleaning, full service cleaning and deep cleaning. We do new construction homes and move in & move out cleans. Aswell as commercial,, & garage or storage unit clean outs.

Very importantly, this business changes on a dime and I am looking for someone that WANTS TO REALLY WORK. I need dependable and very reliable, trustworthy and dedicated employees to work.

We do background checks and random drug testing.

Must be 21 or older, have open availability, dependable, trustworthy and you MUST be on time!

Must have a valid driver's license and your own insurance.

I need some one that knows the cleaning business, how to clean while paying attention to the small details. We always go above and beyond for our clients. I will teach the right person. One thing is cleaning to perfection while watching the clock. TIME IS MONEY! So you can not start cleaning and stay in a bathroom for example for an hour doing a basic clean.

I need you within a week going to your own assigned jobs and know how to clean to satisfy our clients.

Only those very serious need to apply.

The pay is a percentage of each job and you are paid every week. You can make as much or as little as you want, that is up to you! It's fun, but hard work too!
