What a week! This past Tuesday we had the honor of helping residents move into The Heights at Waterpointe in Flowood on their grand opening day🎉

Our crew spent the day hauling, wrapping, and hustling in the Mississippi heat to get new residents settled in - and we had a blast doing it. Huge thank you to The Heights at Waterpointe for letting us be part of such a big day!

We are NOW HIRING in preparation for the summer rush!

If you're interested in working with a team of good people, we have a spot for you.

-$17/hour starting, $20-$25 with experience driving trucks and leading moving crews (experience working inside customer homes preferred)
-Every employee gets at least one day off (in addition to being closed on Sunday)
- $10 lunch stipend if working at least five hours in a day
-OT paid at 10 hours on the day as well as 40 on the week
-$50 per diem each day you go to sleep or wake up somewhere that isn't home (gas, hotel is paid for)
-Potential for tips, especially in warmer months
-Most requests off outside 2 weeks are honored
-Quarterly review for raises/bonuses/promotions
-Paid, comprehensive training before being put to work

We are looking around our local community for anybody interested in taking on a role at MoveMint. While we begin to gear up for peak season in a month, we hope to add to our staff some individuals that are seeking something new. While experience is certainly welcome, we will provide training and coaching throughout your onboarding process.
