ALB Cleaning is a specialized cleaning and maintenance company located in Palm Beach and Broward County. We offer a variety of cleaning services for various facilities, including office buildings, medical/dental offices, condominiums, and industrial settings. Duties:
- Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in custodial work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
Skills:
- Porter skills: Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Facilities maintenance: Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks related to building upkeep
- Custodial: Proficiency in performing janitorial duties and maintaining cleanliness standards

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

• Boca Raton, Delray Beach. Schedule:
• Evening shift (after 6PM)
• Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
