We wanted to let everyone know that both of our hot water heaters unexpectedly broke down today. We're overnighting the necessary parts and are working to get everything repaired as quickly as possible.
The good news: Our washers and dryers are still fully operational. At this time, however, washers will be using cold water only until the repairs are complete.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we get everything back to normal. We'll post another update as soon as hot water service has been restored.

UPDATE: One tank is back running, so we have hot water again.
