each out to me directly. Payment – Payment is due at the end of each cleaning. Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash or Check (must be left at the location of service to be collected once cleaning is complete) Checks can be made out to either Cassie Adami OR A Mother’s Touch, Cleaning Co.
• CC via secure, encrypted PayPal payment link (will be sent via email after the appt)
• Venmo- -Adami - If an electronic payment has not been received within 24 hrs of your completed cleaning, a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your balance due.
* If a particular area requires more time and attention to reach our expectation of thoroughness, or if any additional areas/projects are requested at time of service, outside of what was provided in the initial quote, we reserve the right to raise the price of service as needed based on scope of work*
Cancellation Policy – We understand life happens, especially for busy parents to young kids! However, as a small business, last-minute schedule changes have a big impact on us. Please review our cancellation Policy to ensure fairness to both yourself and our business!
• 72 hours or less: $25.00 cancelation fee, payable by Venmo @ Cassie-adami
* No fee will be charged if the appointment is rescheduled at the time of cancellation. Appointments can only be rescheduled if my schedule allows. *
• 24 hours/same day cancellations: 50% of your scheduled service will be due to Mama’s Shining Touch Cleaning Co. Payable by Venmo @ Cassie-adami
Cancelation fees must be paid on the day that your cleaning was scheduled for otherwise Mamas Shining Touch Cleaning Co reserves the right to cancel further services with the client. Monthly clients are required to respond and/or acknowledge their reminder texts (sent out the day before your scheduled service), otherwise I will not come to clean and a $25.00 fee will be applied. While we do not offer refunds, we want to live up to our reputation of ensuring 100% satisfaction with every service. If you feel something was missed or not cleaned up to the promised standards, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and include photos of the area in question, so we can best assess and return to correct as soon as our schedule permits. Thoroughness is always our #1 priority, and we pride ourselves on completing the job in full – how we would want our own homes to look and feel! Photo Release –
By Hiring Mama’s Shining Touch Cleaning Co by phone, email, text, social media message, or any other means - you agree to allow us to take photos of your space and share them online for marketing purposes only (unless otherwise specified at the time of becoming a new client). Photos will only include the areas within the home or business location that were cleaned by our Company and will not include family photos or personal/identifiable information. Licensed & Insured -
Mama’s Shining Touch, Cleaning Co., carries personal liability insurance so our team and your home would be protected in the unlikely event of an accident. While we are expertly trained to be careful and treat your home items with the utmost care and delicateness, sometimes small accidents are not always preventable. If an accident occurs at the time of service, it will be reported to the client immediately. We cannot take responsibility for items not properly attached or secured. Examples: Photos/art not hung properly on walls, glass shower doors that aren’t hinged correctly or need repair, blinds not secured properly to wall or trim.
