We’re incredibly proud of our employees who volunteered last month to help protect one of the city’s most cherished natural spaces: the Charles River. ❤️

Since 1999, the annual Charles River Cleanup has brought together volunteers from across Boston to clear trash and invasive plants from the river. Our team spent the morning along one of the river’s most heavily used recreational stretches, filling bags with debris and helping protect a space enjoyed by more than a million visitors each year.

UG2 is proud to partner with Franklin Cummings Tech to support the next generation of skilled trades professionals! 👏

This spring, Eric, Ethan, and Katherine delivered their end-of-co-op presentations at UG2, where they shared their experiences and lessons learned from their time working with . Watching these students grow, develop hands-on skills, and present in front of UG2 leadership was incredibly rewarding.

We launched of our first HVAC co-op cohort earlier this year with Franklin Cummings Tech, and we’re excited to continue building on that momentum this summer with five additional students joining UG2 as co-ops.

We’re grateful for this partnership and look forward to continuing to help create pathways to meaningful careers in the skilled trades!

When 500 guests fill a shopping mall for a high-energy community event, every detail matters!

One of our retail customers recently hosted its annual Margarita Madness celebration, and helped transform the space into a lively venue filled with vendors, guests, and music. From overnight setup through event operations and final cleanup, our hard-working team kept everything running smoothly from start to finish.

Following the event, our customer shared this feedback:

“I have to applaud the efficiency of your teams… Shawn and Miguel were a complete asset to the smooth functioning of this event. Not only did they make sure they were staffed accordingly, they both stayed through the event and were non-stop the entire time. Anything that was needed, they helped without question.
