This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating “Together, We Are More” and the incredible employees whose stories, traditions, and contributions make UG2 special.

🔹 For Joshua Zavala, it means being united. His Mexican heritage and love of family are a big part of who he is. Every Christmas, his family comes together to make tamales, a tradition that celebrates their culture and connection through food and shared time.

🔹 For Jesus Lopez, “together” means one thing: family.

🔹 And for Jackie Lopez, it’s the connection she’s built with her team over more than 15 years. They support each other, share the workload, celebrate the wins, and have become what Jackie calls a familia.

We’re excited to celebrate two well-deserved promotions on our team!

Congratulations to Rebecca Mohrmann, promoted to Regional Director of Operations, Residential Services, and Jessica Bartolomeo, promoted to Operations Manager, Residential Services!

Rebecca will lead our Tri-State residential portfolio, working closely with clients, residents, and site teams across a range of services.

After four years with UG2, she brings strong leadership, deep operational experience, and a genuine commitment to service.

Jessica has been an important part of our Tri-State team for nearly five years and has helped support the growth of our residential business across the region.

In her new role, she’ll focus on day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on janitorial and concierge services.
