You’re allowed to ask, “Is this all there is?”
No guilt, no shame.
It doesn't mean you aren't grateful.
It also doesn't mean you are broken.

You can have a good life: and still feel a quiet hum that something more is calling you forward. That question doesn’t mean something's wrong with you. It means you’re ready to grow again. Your soul is giving you a signal.

You have permission...
to be okay with asking that question.
Permission to take time to explore the answer to that question.
Permission to get curious about what "more" might look like for you.
Permission to think differently.
Permission to seek new community that expands your vision instead of shrinking it.
Permission to want more, granted!

You don’t need to go backward and recreate who you used to be. She is your foundation. Now, you get to gather everything she has learned and step forward into your next chapter: with clarity, confidence, room to breathe and of course a hair toss and some sparkle! ✨🧭

What are you giving yourself permission to want, explore, or change next? Not sure where to even begin? Tell me in the chat.

I once had a consultant who had everything it took to make it in Mary Kay.

The drive. The personality. The work ethic. She was the kind of woman you build a team around.

And instead of pushing her toward the next level... I asked her what SHE actually wanted.

Turns out, she wanted to get her hands in the dirt. Literally. She went back to school, started her own landscaping business, and she is OUT there living her dream.

I didn't lose a consultant that day. I found my answer.

See, long before I was a Clarity Strategist, I was the woman studying the psychology of dress & how/why people choose the fashions that they do. I was in the dressing room at Nordstrom helping you find the outfit that was TRUE to you : not the trend, not what looked good on the mannequin, but what made YOU feel like the best version of yourself walking out that door.

And then I was the Mary Kay Sales Director who was supposed to convince every talented woman in my unit that Mary Kay was THE answer.

But I couldn't do it. Because my job was never to fit women into a mold. It was to help them figure out what THEY actually wanted.

That's been the same work my whole career.

In the dressing room. On the sales floor. In my Mary Kay unit. And now, as a Clarity Strategist.

I'm not here to sell you on a path. I'm here to help you find yours.

If your life looks exactly like it's supposed to : and you can't figure out why that's not enough : I think we need to talk.

It's time to listen to yourself again. To come off mute. You were made for more.

👇 Tell me : what's one thing you've been doing because you're "supposed to" that your soul is done with?

Expertise isn’t a destination; it’s a practice.

I’m constantly architecting my own next chapter. Just joined a lunch time session to learn from an amazing CMO, Tara Leonard who is part of one of my communities. The intention from this session - learn any tips to keep my own voice sharp and unapologetically real.

Why? Because there is so much noise out there. It isn't about competing to me, it is about being sure my message stands out. That comes from continuing to learn the best way to communicate.

Just like for my clients, it’s about building on the foundation of who I am today as I move forward into who I am becoming.

I’m doing this work right alongside you, designing my next chapter around what my soul is actually craving, not the “shoulds”.

What are you learning right now to ensure you're stepping forward, not back? Let’s get curious together. Tell me in the comments. I am listening.

xxoo, 💋 Lesley.

You did it! The spreadsheets are perfect, the board is happy, and you’ve checked every professional box, not to mention your personal life is looking pretty good too (go you!) But the most important project is currently on 'mute': You. 📊🔇

I know that admitting your life looks good but feels 'flat' is the hardest step. You aren't in a crisis but you do need to be honest with yourself. You are not experiencing that aliveness you once had. You too often catch yourself saying, "I'm fine."

Fine has you on mute. You have been turned down. It means you have been living by default.

Full Volume Living is about being ALIVE. Feeling electric, radiant, lit up & buzzing from the inside out. At this stage this doesn't just happen because you say so, and it's NOT about getting back to yourself. If it was that easy, you'd be there already. It’s taking that strong woman energy you use for everyone else and directing it toward yourself.

What would happen if you applied your brilliance to your own joy?
What makes you feel alive? Tell me in the comments, or send me a DM.

I am cheering you on!

That internal hum of longing for something more, isn't going to go away.
It is your signal. It is telling you to pay attention to yourself.

You have been living on mute. Along the way of checking the boxes, climbing the ladders, and doing all the "right" things...that feeling of "aliveness" got quieter until it was muted. You are just going through the motions. Disconnected from your own sparkle. Living by default.

But then, the signal starts. I call it the "Something More-ness."

It’s that inner stirring telling you that you were never meant to be a background character in your own life. That isn't want you want, is it? You want something more. And, that is 100% OKAY!

Transitioning from Default to Design isn't about adding more to your plate. It’s about strategic clarity. It’s about the choice to listen to yourself and reclaim your own frequency.

Are you ready to stop living on mute and start living at full volume?

It is time to start listening to yourself.
Do you relate? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Let’s turn it up!

Stop looking in the rearview mirror.

You aren't lost. You're evolving.

I hear it all the time from high-achievers. They say they feel stuck because they don't really know what else to call it. I also hear: "I just want to find my old self again."

But here’s the truth: That woman served her purpose. She got you to where you are today. Trying to "find" her is looking backward when your future is calling you forward.

We don't go back. We choose what’s next.

Transformation isn’t about reclaiming a ghost of the past; it’s about architecting a new, Full Volume version of you. It’s the shift from living by default to living by design.

Clarity. Over. Chaos.

The stirrings you feel aren't a sign that you're broken. They are a signal that you've outgrown the current chapter. You aren't meant to fit back into an old version of yourself: you're meant to step into a fresh one.

Are you ready to stop searching for who you were and start choosing who you are becoming?

It’s time to turn up the volume.

As a Clarity Strategist, I tackle the shift from Default to Design. 🌫️➡️🎨

Living by Default is what happens when you’re so good at meeting expectations that you forget to have any of your own. You’re high-achieving, high-functioning, and high-key exhausted by the "shoulds."

Clarity is the bridge.

It’s the permission to let go of the autopilot version of yourself so you can architect what comes next. It’s the difference between quietly going through the motions and choosing, out loud and on purpose, what your life actually looks like.

We aren't just changing your habits; we're changing your lens.

Which one are you operating from today? Default 🔄 or Design 🎨?
Drop a "default" or "design" in the comments & let's discuss.

Hey girl, hey, let's chat!

There is a specific kind of "fog" that settles in once you’ve checked all the boxes. Your life looks successful, but you’ve hit a ceiling you didn't see coming: the feeling that you're just going through the motions.

I’m here to tell you that "fine" is not the destination. "Good enough" isn't either.

As a Clarity Strategist, I provide the roadmap for what comes next. My mission is to guide you from living by default to living by design. 🧭✨

We aren't retreating to find your “old self.” We’re architecting your next chapter. One that replaces the noise of "shoulds" with the precision of "musts."

You’ve built the foundation. Now, let’s build a life that actually functions as well as it looks - or even better! Why not start asking, "how good can life get?" instead of, "is this all there is?"

Give me a high five in the comments if you relate 🖐️

What do I know about mental health? ✨

Quite a bit actually. More than I ever thought I would. You see, I celebrated 8 years sober in April. Being in recovery was certainly not something on my vision board or to do list. Abusing alcohol was not something I grew up around and it didn't happen to me until later in life quite frankly. But it is part of my story.

I know tending to one's mental health is hard work. I know that it requires you to stop living on autopilot. And I know that it’s 100% worth it. 💋

My mental health toolbox is my most valuable possession. It’s what allowed me to rebuild my life with clarity & purpose and what keeps me grounded daily. 🧘‍♀️🔥

Sobriety gave me the space to actually *look* at my mental health, and the tools I’ve gathered since then are what keep me "Fabulous."

Whatever you’re walking through, remember: you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to have the right tools in your bag. 🧰👛

Drop a ✨ if you're working on your toolbox today!

xxoo, 💋 Lesley

P.S. I suggest you start by telling a friend if you aren't feeling "okay".

A little Spring fashion to boost the mood since Winter never ends in New England. It’s collld, I had to find a way to layer but not feel like I’m still in my same winter clothes.
This is one of my recent outfit additions. Sooo loving these green pants!
