Infant car seats have always been my favorite ones to clean.

There’s something about them that stops me in my tracks every time. Before the goldfish crackers, juice boxes, and sticky fingerprints… there was just a tiny baby curled up in that seat.

These seats are a quiet reminder of how fast life moves and how sacred the ordinary moments really are. The messes, the crumbs, the spills, they all tell stories of growing families, long days, little adventures, and childhood unfolding right before our eyes.

As our family gets ready to PCS and start a new chapter, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone here in Shreveport Bossier.

Thank you for trusting me with your seats, your stories, your babies, and your support. This community gave life to Crumb & Carry in ways I never expected, and I’ll carry that with me long after we leave Louisiana.

A little reminder that Crumb & Carry is here for more than just the visible messes ✨

Over time, car seats, strollers, high chairs, and baby gear collect all the crumbs, spills, dirt, and everyday chaos that come with raising little ones — and sometimes a good refresh makes everything feel a little lighter again 🤍

As our family gets closer to PCS season and the boxes slowly start taking over the house 😅, I’ve decided to open up some extra availability over the next week before we leave 🤍

Hi everyone 🤍

I wanted to share something I think is important - hidden mold inside a car seat.

This isn’t always visible from the outside and can happen from moisture, spills, or just everyday use over time.

Mold is something that can’t always be fully or safely removed. In situations like this, I always recommend reaching out to the manufacturer about replacement options, as safety comes first.

This isn’t uncommon, and it’s nothing to feel embarrassed about. Kids are messy.
And if I’m being honest, majority of the seats I do clean are dark in color so detecting mold is harder on those ones.

Just a gentle reminder to check under covers when you can and stay mindful of moisture buildup.
