When I started Come Clean Under Pressure, it was a small business with a simple goal: provide quality work and take care of our customers.

Today, we’re growing faster than I ever imagined. Reaching $10,000 per month in revenue is no longer out of the question, and that’s because of the support we’ve received from the amazing communities throughout the 850.

Every house wash, driveway cleaning, storefront, and commercial project has helped us get to this point. We are truly grateful for every customer who has trusted us with their property and recommended us to friends and family.

When that other guy stopped and asked me about getting an OSHA card to do pressure washing on 30A, I told him he better look into getting one because sooner or later somebody is going to call and report him in those areas.

After explaining all the costs and requirements associated with becoming certified and operating properly, I also told him how strict those communities are about environmental compliance. In places like 30A Its a FL law, you can’t allow sodium hypochlorite (SH), dirty water, or runoff to enter storm drains or city drainage systems. The regulations are much tighter than what many contractors are used to.

I was just trying to help the guy out with information he was eventually going to need. It’s better to learn about the certifications, environmental requirements, and compliance issues now than after someone files a complaint and the authorities get involved.
