Role Purpose
The Lead Cleaner is the on-site leader, brand representative, and community-facing voice of Mom’s On A Mission Cleaning Co.
This role ensures high-quality cleaning, strong team leadership, professional client communication, and consistent social media presence that reflects our mission.
This is a leadership + visibility role — not just a cleaning job.
We are intentional about who we bring into this position and will be taking our time to ensure the right long-term fit.
🧭 Service Focus (Launch Phase)
Mom’s On A Mission is intentionally launching with a primary focus on:
• Commercial Offices
• Professional Office Spaces
• Medical Offices
• Real Estate Turnovers
This allows us to build strong systems and consistent quality.
Short-Term Rentals (STR) are limited and selective at this stage.
STR expansion will occur once systems are running smoothly.
💼 Core Responsibilities
🧹 Cleaning & Quality Control
• Lead commercial, office, and real estate turnover cleaning jobs
• Ensure all checklists and client notes are followed
• Perform final walkthroughs before leaving each site
• Maintain high standards in medical and professional environments
• Occasionally lead STR cleans when scheduled
Experience in commercial, medical, professional office, STR, or turnover cleaning is required.
👩👩👧 Team Leadership
• Train new cleaners using MOM systems
• Lead by example with professionalism and work ethic
• Support team members respectfully
• Address issues early and communicate with management
• Maintain a no-drama, respectful, professional culture
💬 Client Communication
• Represent the company confidently and professionally
• Communicate clearly if issues arise
• Escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
📱 Voice & Face of MOM (Required)
• Serve as a visible, trusted representative of the brand
• Comfortable being on camera for short videos, reels, and photos
• Capture appropriate behind-the-scenes content
• Help keep the community engaged
• Support outreach and contract growth
Must be confident representing the company publicly and on social media.
📋 Organization & Accountability
• Clock in/out accurately
• Track and report supply needs
• Follow schedules and respect client time
• Care for company equipment, keys, and vehicles
• Follow systems consistently, even when no one is watching
Company vehicle provided (work use only).
Company cell phone provided for business communication.

⏳ Hours & Growth
We are actively building contracts.
Hours will begin light (approximately 5–15 hours per week) and increase steadily as contracts grow.
This role is ideal for someone who understands launch-phase growth and wants long-term leadership opportunity.

• Starting pay: $28/hour
• 90-day review with raise potential
