Capital Cleaning LLC is looking to hire an administrative assistant for our construction cleaning company. The position is 30 hours per week, work from home with a few in person meetings in Meridian. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations, with a primary focus on contract management, invoicing, data entry, and providing support to our project management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking company.

This position is a part-time, Monday through Friday, remote work setting with a few in-person meetings during the work week.

Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, marketing activities, and events for team members.
2. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain contracts, reports, and correspondence as needed.
4. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
5. Invoicing and A/R: Submits invoices/billing to clients via various methods requested, and tracks accounts receivables.
6. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when required.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ad-hoc tasks: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to efficiently work from home in an appropriate environment

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our Revive Floorcare Division. The Client Service Representative coordinates general business activities and the needs of Revive Floorcare clients through courteous and timely service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

-Answering the phones, timely booking of appointments, and calling to confirm appointments
-Maintaining pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer service
-Serving as first point of contact for clients thus setting the tone of the experience
-Providing directions from any major artery within the city; obtaining directions through use of mapping technology as needed
-Providing introductory information to new customers
-Remaining current on service offerings and member pricing and the time needed to conduct certain services
-Following up and ensuring that customers are satisfied with services
-Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
-Ensuring client retention and repeat business
-Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
-Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
-Redirecting client challenges to management as needed
-Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
-High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
-Two years of related experience or relevant coursework
-Positive, enthusiastic personality
-Good oral and written communication skills
