Don't forget 10% of February sales will be donated to a dear client to go towards cancer treatments. Let's get those windows cleaned for a good cause. It's a win win, plus with this unusual warm sunny February, why not? Message/call text 2088501441 to schedule.

Cancer changes everything.
In the quiet stillness of my home, I wake up in a panic each morning just to make sure he’s okay, that he’s still breathing. His heart rate is high. His body is working so hard. He’s tired in a way I’ve never seen before. And it’s so hard to watch, because he has always been the strong one.
Even now, in the quiet moments, he reaches for my hand while I’m trying not to cry. He’s the one comforting me. While he’s suffering. While he’s struggling. While he’s walking through something no one should have to face.
He is the best person I’ve ever known.
He went by the bakery yesterday. He had been talking about it all week, resting and saving his energy so he could go for just a few hours. I watched him parse bagels, and he was so happy just to be there. He misses it so much. And I miss our old life.
I miss the long days at the shop. I miss watching him and Andi parse bread, Alix on the register, Gus holding the door open for customers. Back then I worried about orders, vendors, whether I bought enough cups. All of it feels so small now as I watch Aaron fight for his life. Fight to walk. Fight to eat. Fight to sleep. All the things we used to take for granted.
So yes, every morning I wake up scared. Scared he won’t be okay. Scared of losing him. And the tears come before my feet even hit the floor.
But I also wake up knowing how lucky I am to have witnessed the life he’s lived. The love he gives. The way he feeds people, cares for people, shows up for people. His impact is everywhere.
Thank you for being part of our story. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for the fundraising. We truly could not do this without you.
