We are a full service property management team that is designed to handle every aspect for short-term rental stays. Whether the property is one of our own, or one that we manage, each property is held to our highest of quality standards.

Our Short-Term Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaning Service includes:

Check-Out Turnover Cleaning Service - No experience required, we will train every employee! Being willing to clean and to do the hotel style turnover service, in a very detailed, step-by-step manner, is essential in this position.
Organize & coordinate housekeeping visits.
Full Surface cleaning.
Full Kitchen cleaning (including microwave in & out, fridge in & out, cabinets and drawers).
Full Bathroom cleaning.
Dishwasher (run wash & dry cycle & put away).
Vacuum & Mop.
Interior window frames.
Interior window obvious spot cleaning.
Scheduled replacement of batteries, filters and needed appliance follow up.
Cleaning of outdoor furnishings.
Consumable amenities restocking.
Stocking of purchased goods.
Hotel hospitality style bed making and towel folding.
This is an employee position and paychecks are direct deposited bi-weekly.
This position is currently part-time but you will have the opportunity to take on additional shifts, if desired, to increase hours and full-time positions will become available soon.

This position provides potential future opportunities to move up within the Host Boise staff as a Turnover Cleaning Supervisor or within other divisions of our vacation management services, if desired.
